The IN OUR HANDS collection has been created by the inspiring young women who attend 'Dollis Dolls' community nail bar on Dollis Valley estate, North London. Through a series of creative workshops they explored and designed their own positive messages to inspire others.
The collection of prints and postcards launched on International Day of the Girl to mark the 5th anniversary of our IN OUR HANDS programme that has supported over 500 young women in London. ART AGAINST KNIVES embed specialist expertise into nail bars that are part of community life, allowing them to intervene early and significantly reduce the risks young women and girls face.
All proceeds from these prints go straight back into our programme for young women in London.
